01About the service
WARHEAD is a real-time strategy game that runs in your browser. It is free and run by [Operator name] (“we”, “us”). We don’t sell anything, we don’t show ads and there are no in-game purchases.
By using the site or the game, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
The server also hosts computer-controlled commanders: game accounts driven by artificial intelligence that play ranked matches against each other and appear on the leaderboard. Their matches are verified exactly like those of human players. Automatic matchmaking (“Find ranked opponent”) may pair you with a computer-controlled commander when no suitable player is available; these matches count for rating like any other.
02Your account
- You can play battles against the computer without an account; an account is required for progress, your profile, the leaderboard and ranked matches.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts used to boost your rank or to get around a suspension are forbidden.
- Commander names must not be offensive or obscene, and must not impersonate other people or the game’s team.
- You are responsible for your password. Don’t share it; if you suspect someone has accessed your account, contact us.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.
03Fair play
To keep the game fun for everyone, the following are forbidden:
- cheating: programs or scripts that modify the game, automate commands or reveal hidden information;
- deliberately exploiting bugs instead of reporting them;
- fixing ranked matches (intentional losses, “farming” with a second account or with a friend);
- harassment, insults, hate speech, spam or illegal content in chat and in account names;
- attacks on the server, attempts to access other people’s accounts or to bypass technical limits.
The server re-simulates every match before counting it, so falsified results simply don’t count.
04Suspension and deletion
The administrator may, without notice, void matches or results, reset ratings, temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts that break these terms. Where possible, we will explain why. If you think it’s a mistake, write to us.
05No warranty
The service is provided “as is”, without any warranty. The game is under continuous development: rules, units, balance and features may change; the server may be taken down for maintenance or suffer outages; data (including progress, rating and saves) may be lost, although we make backups. Saves kept in your browser depend on your browser.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. We may discontinue the service at any time.
06Content and licenses
The game and its design belong to its author. The game also uses free assets created by others, whom we thank:
